Enhanced Services and Facilities
Throughout the summer, Jinan University's relevant departments conducted systemic inspections and renovations across its dormitories and facilities. Improvements included extensive repairs, beautification efforts, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. The university’s main entrance, sports courts, and common areas were also upgraded to enhance the overall student experience.
To further support new students, the university launched the Guide Jinan initiative, connecting freshmen with senior students through the official WeChat account. This program aimed to guide new arrivals through registration, introduce them to campus life, and provide continued mentorship.
Volunteer Support and Creative Welcoming
Jinan University mobilized a group of dedicated volunteers, wearing distinctive red vests and raincoats, to assist students with their registration process. These volunteers provided essential services, from helping with luggage to offering guidance throughout the campus. The Youth League Committee and Youth Volunteer Association organized these efforts across multiple campuses to ensure that every new student felt welcomed and supported.
