In a remarkable display of skill and dedication, Professor Gao Tianyu from the School of Physical Education at our esteemed institution has triumphed in the badminton category at the inaugural Guangdong Province College Physical Education Teacher Teaching and Training Skills Exhibition. Held from July 1st to July 3rd at the South China University of Technology (Wushan Campus), this prestigious event drew participation from 146 physical education teachers and 92 team leaders representing 91 universities across the province.

Organized by the Education Department of Guangdong Province, in collaboration with South China University of Technology, the Guangdong Provincial School Sports Innovation and Development Research Center, and the Guangdong Huagong Youth Sports Club, this event served as a platform to showcase teaching prowess and training acumen in the field of physical education. Professor Gao Tianyu's stellar performance and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned him the top honor in the badminton category, a testament to his outstanding abilities and dedication to the craft.

The meticulous preparation and dedicated guidance provided by the expert team, comprising Vice Dean Professor Pan Dong, Director of the Teaching Office Professor Wan Wenjun, and Associate Professors Ma Xiangfang and Yu Qing, played a pivotal role in nurturing Gao Tianyu's talents and sharpening his competitive edge. Through a series of training sessions, feedback mechanisms, and targeted interventions, Gao Tianyu honed his teaching acumen and physical abilities, culminating in a resounding victory at the exhibition.
