The Career Carnival event was designed to address the career planning needs of students by simulating the job-seeking process and offering practical experiences in various aspects of career development. With modules focusing on career awakening, positioning, guidance, and departure, students had the opportunity to undergo activities such as career assessments, resume critiques, and mock interviews to align their interests and skills with their career objectives, thereby enhancing their job readiness and competitiveness.
The Employment Internship Double Selection meeting garnered substantial support from key stakeholders like the Xiangzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Communist Youth League Committee in Zhuhai's Xiangzhou District, and the Human Resources Development and Management Service Center in Zhuhai, among others. Collaborating with 33 enterprises and institutions, including prominent names like Zhuhai Radio and Media Co., Ltd., the event offered over 500 positions for both full-time and internship roles. Additionally, dedicated areas were set up for policy consultations and promotion, offering students valuable insights into employment policies and conscription regulations.
Recognizing the significance of employment initiatives, the Zhuhai campus remains committed to advancing its efforts in this realm. By fostering continued collaboration with stakeholders, expanding job opportunities, and providing tailored employment guidance, the campus aims to ensure the successful and high-quality employment of the graduating class of 2024.
