In a significant stride towards enhancing surface reactant analysis and catalytic processes monitoring, Professor Guan Baoou's team at the prestigious School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Jinan University, has unveiled a cutting-edge photocatalytic sensor utilizing micro optical fibers. Their groundbreaking research, showcased in the renowned journal Advanced Science under the title Opera ndo Decoding of Surface Chemical and Thermal Events in Photoelectrocatalysis via Lab-Around Microfiber Sensor, marks a pivotal advancement in the realm of sensor technology.
Professor Guan Baoou and researcher Huang Yunyun serve as co-corresponding authors. Researcher Huang Yunyun, along with master's student Mou Caini and doctoral student Liang Jiaxuan, are co-first authors of the paper. This research was independently conducted by Jinan University.
This work has been supported by projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Guangdong Special Support Program Local Team Project, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Guangzhou City-University Joint Fund.
