The recently concluded 2024 Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone Enterprise Recruitment Fair (Jinan University Special Session) was a resounding success, held at Jinan University on April 24th. The event, jointly organized by the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone Executive Committee and the Financial Committee Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, aimed to facilitate the employment and integration of Macau residents into the broader development landscape of the region.

Dignitaries including Sun Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinan University, Fu Yongge, Member of the Hengqin Working Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee, and Liu Kaiwen, Second-level Inspector of the Financial Committee Office, graced the opening ceremony of the fair. Sun Yu highlighted Jinan University's pivotal role in nurturing talents for the Greater Bay Area and expressed enthusiasm for fostering collaboration between the university and the Cooperation Zone.

Fu Yongge extended gratitude to Jinan University for hosting the fair and emphasized the importance of students actively engaging with enterprises from the Cooperation Zone. Liu Kaiwen shed light on the modern financial policies of Guangdong Financial Development and Cooperation Zone, inviting students to explore opportunities within the financial sector.

The fair witnessed the participation of 25 prominent enterprises, offering a total of 96 positions across various industries such as technology, manufacturing, finance, and tourism. Notable companies like E Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Guangfa Fund Management Co., Ltd., provided insights into their development status and internship opportunities.

With 280 resumes received and 70 preliminary recruitment intentions established, the fair served as an effective platform for students to interact with leading enterprises from the Cooperation Zone. Moving forward, Jinan University aims to strengthen ties with the Cooperation Zone, enhance job search platforms, and create more opportunities for Macau students to thrive in the region, ultimately promoting high-quality employment for graduates.
