Professor Leng Mingming, the Dean of the School of Business at Lingnan University in Hong Kong, visited the School of Management with his delegation on April 9th. The meeting, attended by School of Management Dean Li Wenjing, Vice Dean Ling Zishan, Qi Jun, Vice Directors of the MBA Education Center Wang Yifeng and Tian Tian, and staff from the International Department Office, focused on fostering collaboration between the two institutions.

Dean Li extended a warm welcome to the delegation, emphasizing the increasingly close cooperation between the two universities. He highlighted the establishment of the Inclusive Finance and Digital Economy Research Center through a memorandum of cooperation signed in November 2022, providing a platform for innovative research and synergies. Li expressed his desire for deeper collaboration in areas such as joint talent training and academic exchanges.

During the meeting, Leng discussed leveraging the Finance Inclusion and Digital Economy Research Center to integrate talent and research resources from both universities, contributing to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He outlined advancements in discipline construction, faculty recruitment, and talent cultivation at Lingnan University's School of Business, exploring avenues for joint training programs and research cooperation.

Both parties reached a consensus on cooperation in talent training, scientific research, and academic exchanges. They pledged to uphold the spirit of collaboration to nurture exceptional business talents and drive economic and social development through practical cooperation initiatives in the future.
