The Micro Nano Optoelectronic Information and Biosensing Team at the Department of Optoelectronic Engineering, School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Jinan University, has achieved a significant breakthrough in nonlinear research in electrical microcavities. This milestone was reached by undergraduate student Li Haichuan in 2021, under the guidance of Associate Professor Chen Lei. The research findings have been published in the prestigious journal Communications Physics, a part of the Nature umbrella. Li Haichuan is credited as the first author, with Associate Professor Chen Lei, Associate Professor Liu Guishi, and Professor Luo Yunhan serving as co-corresponding authors.
