The Food Safety Month scheduling meeting at Jinan University's Zhuhai campus, held on March 15th, 2024, was a crucial event aimed at ensuring the highest standards of food safety across the university's campuses. Vice President Weng Jian, along with leaders from various departments and catering service centers, attended the meeting to discuss the implementation of the campus food safety investigation and rectification plan.

During the meeting, Vice President Weng commended the achievements of the logistics department at the Zhuhai campus in ensuring food safety. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a high level of food safety, deepening investigations into potential risks, enhancing the food safety system, providing training, and actively seeking feedback from teachers and students. Weng stressed the significant responsibility for food safety and urged all departments to adhere to the guidelines outlined in higher-level documents.

Zhang Zhi, the director of the General Affairs and Logistics Management Office, reported on the recent food safety initiatives and outlined plans for future actions. Lin Xiaoling, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the campus, highlighted the ongoing efforts to enhance food safety management and ensure the safety of everyone on campus. Rong Hao, Deputy Director of Administration of the Management Committee, presented the highlights of the food safety work at the Zhuhai campus and proposed a detailed plan for future activities.

The Zhuhai campus is committed to implementing the decisions made during the meeting, improving food safety measures, and safeguarding the well-being of teachers and students. By adhering to stringent guidelines and continuously enhancing food safety protocols, the university aims to provide a safe and secure dining environment for everyone on campus.
