Jinan University, in collaboration with several other universities and research centers, has undertaken a critical research project on the sources, transformation, and environmental effects of atmospheric active carbon content. The project, which is part of the National Key R&D Program's Comprehensive Treatment of Atmospheric, Soil, and Groundwater Pollution, aims to address the bottleneck problem of atmospheric carbon content and improve the ecological environment quality in China.
The launch and implementation plan demonstration meeting of the project was held from March 18th to 20th, 2024, at the Panyu campus of Jinan University. The meeting was attended by more than 70 people, including experts and leaders from various universities and research centers, such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijng University and Fudan University.
