In a significant stride towards advancing indoor photovoltaic technology, the research group spearheaded by Mai Yaohua and Wang Yousheng at the New Energy Technology Research Institute within the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering has recently made waves with their latest research findings.

Their pioneering work, titled One-step Dual Additive Passive Wide Bandgap Perovskites for Achieving 44.72% Efficiency in Indoor Photovoltaics, has been published in the esteemed energy journal Energy & Environmental Science, renowned for its impactful contributions to the field and boasting an impressive Impact Factor of 32.5.
The reviewers have lauded the research, hailing the one-step dual additive method as a game-changer in achieving remarkable photoelectric conversion efficiency even in low light conditions.
