JNU held a training course on comprehensive capacity enhancement for supervisors, principals and heads of kindergarten supporting primary and elementary education from Nov. 27 to Dec. 1. Seventy-one trainees from Haojiang District, Shantou, Guangdong Province; Qujiang District, Shaoguan, Guangdong, and Hezhang County, Bijie, Guizhou Province participated, along with 74 supervisors from the Supervision Office of the Education Bureau of Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
This one-week intensive onsite training included lectures on teacher ethics, school management, and education supervision theory and policy. It invited experts, professors, and school principals to speak on education supervision and school management. The training course then organized participants to teach in schools and kindergartens according to their teaching stages.

During the closing ceremony on Dec. 1, participants were divided into groups to discuss difficulties in teaching and gains from the training.

Leaders including Zhang Dapeng, director of the Primary and Elementary Education Office, and Zhong Chunsheng, director of Rural Revitalization Office, attended the opening ceremony on Nov. 27 and the closing ceremony.
