Liang Anli, a JNU graduate, has won the first College Graduates Grass-Roots Employment Excellence Award in 2022. This award project is jointly guided by the Ministry of Education's Department of College Student Affairs and Center for Student Services and Development. It is funded by the China Three Gorges Corporation and specially established by China Education Development Foundation.
Born in Hong Kong and formerly a student in the United States, Liang enrolled in School of Management’s accounting department in 2014, graduating with a master's degree in 2016. After graduation, she helped lift Hezhang County in Bijie City, Guizhou province, out of poverty by spending five years building its flower industry and implementing a project of cultivating seeds, seedlings and flowers, founding the planting base in Blacksmith Village. The award recognizes her dedication to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.

Liang has also been awarded titles including Bearer of Red Flag March 8 of Guangdong, Advanced Individual of Poverty Alleviation of Guizhou Province and Model Worker.

Liang's commitment to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization was also publicized in mainstream media including China Central Television International Channel, People's Daily, Xinhua and Guangming Daily.
