The research group of Meng Yuying, an associate researcher in Prof. Li Wei's team from JNU's Institute of Advanced Wear and Corrosion Resistant and Functional Materials, has reported its research on preparation and oxygen reduction performance of high-density single iron atoms catalyst on mesoporous carbons. Its findings has been published under the title High-Density Single Fe Atoms on Mesoporous N-Doped Carbons: Noble Metal-Free Electrocatalysts for Oxygen Reduction Reaction in Acidic and Alkaline Media in Small, a prestigious materials science journal with an impact factor 15.1 in 2022. Xie Haifang, a postgraduate at JNU, is the first author, and Meng and Prof. Tewodros Asefa from New Jersey City University in the United States are the corresponding authors. JNU is the first completion unit.
