The JNU Youth League Committee held a Lighthouse Learning Meeting titled Love the Party, Forge Ahead on the New Journey and seminar to show its achievements in education practice under the theme of Love the Party, the Country and the School on May 4. More than 300 people attended, including leaders from relevant JNU departments, leaders in charge of the work of the Communist Youth League, the secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee and representatives of Youth League members.

JNU Deputy Party Secretary Sun Yu extended festive greetings and fully affirmed the work of the JNU Youth League. He encouraged the young people and Youth League organizations at all levels to pursue lofty ideals and firm beliefs; be down-to-earth, innovative and practical; and strive to be responsible and dedicated.

Sun and Wang Hao, deputy secretary of the Provincial Communist Youth League Committee, presented awards to collectives and individuals commended by the Guangzhou Communist Youth League and the School (Youth) League Committee during the May 4 Movement.

 As part of this theme education practice, Jinan Youth Wisdom Camp activities aimed to guide Jinan students to combine classroom learning and social practice closely, and to carry out special social research centering on youth growth and development so as to make constructive suggestions to both national and JNU’s development.
