JNU officially started its 2023 spring semester on Feb. 20. Since the optimization of Covid-19 prevention and control measures, normal education has gradually come back on track. More than 36,000 students from all over the world have returned to JNU this semester, ready to embrace a colorful campus life.

Before the semester started, JNU's Office of Logistics Service conducted a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of the canteen, its tableware and its range hood system. At the same time, it has ensured the cleaning of the university's public areas, the overhaul and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and the upgrading of teaching equipment.

On the first day of classes, school leaders inspected lectures, checking the teaching order, teaching quality and classroom atmosphere in detail. This semester, JNU is offering 1,995 undergraduate courses, 4,090 instructional classes and more than 1,200 postgraduate courses.
