A JNU teacher and a student in the College of Information Science and Technology / College of Cyber Security have published a paper online in Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, a top journal in Quartile 2 of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The paper is titled BLCov: A Novel Collaborative-Competitive Broad Learning System for COVID-19 Detection from Radiology Images.
Wu Guangheng, an undergraduate in the 2019 class, is the first author, with his teacher Duan Junwei as the corresponding author. The research was supported by Proactive Health and Technology Tackling Population Aging project of the National Key Research and Development Program of China; the General Program of the Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation and Natural Science Foundation; and the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information etc.
