For the 22nd World Intellectual Property Day on April 26, JNU held Intellectual Property Publicity Week and the Intellectual Property Theme Activity of the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Talent Base. The event was jointly organized by the JNU library, the Institute of Intellectual Property, and the Institute of the Belt and Road and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 

It consisted of an opening ceremony and an experience-sharing meeting. Liu Yi, deputy director of the National Intellectual Property Administration's Department of Public Services, JNU President Song Xianzhong and other experts spoke at the opening ceremony. Song extended his heartfelt welcome to Yao Xinsheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and other experts from within and outside the university. He also announced the initiation of the intellectual property activity.

During the experience-sharing activity, Prof. Liu Zenghe, director of the library and director of JNU's Intellectual Property Information Service Center, reported on the center's development. Colleagues from intellectual property information service centers of Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, South China Agricultural University, Shenzhen University and other universities also shared their construction and practice experience. Guest representatives from Ourchem Information Consulting Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Doctor Technology Co., Ltd,. gave professional views on issues related to intellectual property services.
