Four students from JNU's School of Journalism and Communication won 2021 One Show China Youth Awards, announced on Feb. 25. Shen Sihan and Pan Xiaoyu, members of the 2019 undergraduate class in advertising, won a Gold and a Silver Award, respectively. Chu Mengqi, a 2020 postgraduate in digital marketing communication, won a Silver Award, and Fan Shilin, a 2019 undergraduate majoring in the internet and new media, won the Award of Merit.

As part of a competition launched by the One Club for Creativity, One Show China Youth Awards is a creativity competition for young Chinese creators, including college students and professionals under 28, in the mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Founded in 2000, the competition and related activities, which draw attention and exert influence, have become one of the most influential annual creative events for college students and young creators.
