Prof. Xin Hongbao and Prof. Li Baojun of JNU's Institute of Nanophotonics have published their progress in the study of optically controlled bio-micromotor in the international academic journal Advanced Functional Materials (IF: 18.808). They created hydrodynamic bio-micromotor tweezers by using optically controlled rotating microalgae cells, realizing noncontact and non-damaged targeted drug delivery and single-cell therapy. Pan Ting, a distinguished research fellow in the institute, and Assistant Prof. Shi Yang are the corresponding authors.
