JNU held a gala celebrating its 115th anniversary and the 100th anniversary of its board of trustees in the Great Hall on the Main Campus on Nov. 14. The gala was also live-streamed on JNU's official Weibo, WeChat channels, GMW.cn, campus live and other platforms, sharing celebration with JNUers around the world online.

With the theme more excellent, international and brilliant, the gala was divided into four chapters: Praising Centennial Beauty, Passing On Responsibility From Generation to Generation, Inheriting From a Long History andSharing and Dancing. The show celebrated JNU's history through orchestral performance, song and dance, poetry reading, etc.

The gala was organized and staged in a month and a half, with more than 1,000 teachers, students and alumni participating in its creation and performance. Over 400,000 viewers watched the live stream.
