Research teams in JNU's School of Microelectronics led by Fan Jiandong and Li Wenzhe have published their research results on perovskite solar cell devices Nano Energy (IF=17.881) and Small (IF=13.281). Long Yi and Liu Kun, postgraduates in School of Microelectronics, are co-first authors of the papers, and Fan and Li are co-corresponding authors.

The work was supported by Guangdong Natural Science Funds for Distinguished Young Scholars (2019B151502030), the Science and Technology Program of Guangzhou (202002030159), the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (21621112), the Pearl River Youth Talent Program (2017GC010424) and the Guangdong Overseas Innovation Team Program (2016ZT06D081).
