JNU's School of Nursing held its graduation ceremony June 23, with school leaders, teacher representatives, and student representatives attending.

Dean Chen Weiju told the graduates that nursing staff members are an important force in building a Healthy China. She wished them all a bright future in which they would become well-educated people with moral sense and grateful hearts.
Tian Xiaoying, the school's teacher representative, told the graduates not only to take the responsibility of saving lives, but also to learn to be people with moral character and profound knowledge.
Wang Wenxuan, the undergraduate student representative, spoke about his college life, expressed thanks to JNU and wished the university a more brilliant future.
Chen Xi, the graduate students' representative, said she was grateful to have gained wisdom, rationality and pride in these last three years, with the belief that nursing students should bear the responsibility entrusted by the era.

In front of the statue of Florence Nightingale, founder of nursing science, and accompanied by the familiar melody of Song of Angels in White, the teacher representatives and Hou Lihuan, director of nursing at the First Affiliated Hospital of JNU, solemnly presented nurses' caps to the graduates. They held red candles and read out the Florence Nightingale Pledge, led by Dean Chen.
After that, they took the stage in turn and Dean Chen turn their tassels. Gong Huafang, secretary of the nursing school's party committee, announced the award-winning projects and students. The representatives of outstanding graduate and undergraduate students stepped onto the stage to accept the award certificates issued by teachers.
