The workshop, organized by the Teacher Development Center of the College of Undergraduate Students, is an important starting point for constructing a system of competence, innovation and leadership in teaching. With “the development of university teachers and their teaching innovation” as the theme, the workshop focused on two major questions: What is high-quality teaching? and How can we make teaching better? By comprehensively using the forms of lectures + Q&A, sharing + seminars, training + expert comments,”it strived to cultivate the main aspects of teaching to help teachers understand teaching deeply; enhance teaching innovation; and promote team cooperative learning, collaborative research on teaching academics, collaborative development of teaching innovation and joint pursuit of excellence in teaching culture. In this way, the quality of teaching and talent cultivation can be continuously improved.
