Jinan University and the Qianhai Authority jointly held the spring campus recruitment and publicity conference of the Qianhai Hong Kong and Macao Youth Recruitment Plan on March 26. The event combined publicity and introduction + two-way selection to provide accurate services for graduates from JNU's five campuses in applying for jobs and for Qianhai employers to recruit talents. In attendance were Chen Hai, head of the Qianhai authority's Human Resources Department; Vice Minister Tan Ya'an; Li Yuping, director of director of the training office for training Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese students at JNU; and Chen Xiaoming, director of the Student Employment Guidance Center. 

This activity received strong support from the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Authority and 49 Qianhai-related major enterprises. Its leading enterprises, including Tencent, SF.Express, Jingdong.com, KPMG, Qianhai Life Insurance Co., Ltd.D, East Asia Qianhai Securities Company Ltd., Internet celebrity enterprises and Internet companies, all participated, providing 500 jobs in management training, investment manager, algorithm development, software development, products planning and media operation.

At the onsite job fair on Jinan's Panyu campus, many graduates submitted their resumes to the companies. More than 1,800 graduates participated there, over 100 of them transported by the school's special cars from the Zhuhai and Shenzhen campuses. The online campus talk had nearly 2,500 viewers. The Qianhai enterprises received 951 valid resumes online and off.
