Chen Kaoming, a graduate student in the College of Information Science and Technology's electronic engineering department, has published a cover paper titled A Lumped-Parameter Equivalent Circuit Model for Perovskite Solar Cells' S-Shaped I-V Kinks in IEEE Electron Device Letters, the top international academic journal in electronic research. Chen is the first author, and the corresponding authors are Prof. Huang Junkai of the electronic engineering department and Dr. Yu Feibo of Huaqiao University. Jinan University is the first corresponding unit. 

The work was supported by projects including the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong. In recent years, the scientific research team composed of Huang, Deng Wanling and other teachers has published 12 papers on the new model of micro-nano semiconductor device model and its physical mechanism in IEEE Electron Device Letters and IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. These achievements lay a foundation for PDK process library of embedding the device model simulator, which then becomes the integrated circuit chip EDA tools.
