The optoelectronic materials and devices team in the physics department of JNU's College of Science and Engineering has published papers explaining the structure and stability control mechanism of perovskite materials in two internationally authoritative journals, Nano Energy (IF: 16.6) and Advanced Energy Materials (IF: 25.2).

The Selection Strategy of Ammonium-Group Organic Salts in Vapor Deposited Perovskites: From Dimension Regulation to Passivation was published in Nano Energy 84, 105893(2021). The first author is Lin Dongxu, a doctoral student, and the corresponding authors are Associate Prof. Shi Tingting, Prof. Xie Weiguang and Prof. Liu Pengyi.

Ion Migration Accelerated Reaction Between Oxygen and Metal Halide Perovskites in Light and Its Suppression by Cesium Incorporation was published in Advanced Energy Materials 11, 2002552(2021). Lin and Shi are the first authors; Liu and Prof. Yuan Yongbo of Central South University are the corresponding authors.
