JNU held the first meeting of the Management Committee of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Economic Management on March 12 to promote the center's construction and to implement the decisions and instructions of the conference and school leaders. Vice President Wang Bin presided over the meeting and spoke. The leaders of six construction units and of relevant units of the center attended. 

Wang pointed out that the center is of great significance in discipline construction and talent cultivation. He added that JNU should combine the center’s construction with world-class majors and curriculums; cultivate researchers and leaders; innovate in teaching, cultivation and assessment; apply experimental teaching in the classroom, and strive for accomplishments.

Li Ting, director of the Office of Laboratory and Equipment Management, analyzed the center's basic data and reported on the work agenda. Ou Jinwen, vice dean of JNU's School of Management, reported on the current task and long-term development vision, clarifying the division and schedule of the tasks for evaluation.
