Three JNU think tanks -- the Belt and Road Initiative and the Greater Bay Area Research Institute, the Emergency Management Research Center and the Research Base of Creating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation, made the 2020 supplementary list of source think tanks of the Chinese Think Tank Index (CTTI), published by Guangming Daily on Dec. 19.
To date, 12 JNU think tanks have been listed by CTTI. The other are the Academy of Overseas Chinese Studies, the Intellisia, Institute of Industrial Economy, the Guangzhou Public Opinion Big Data Research Center, the Research Base of Guangzhou Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Research Center of Low-Carbon Economy for the Guangzhou Region, the Research Institute of Jingwei Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Economic Development, the Institute of Economic and Social Research, and the Institute of Resources, Environment and Sustainable Development Research.
CTTI was established and developed by the China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center (CTTRE) at Nanjing University. A total of 99 think-tank platforms were selected for the supplementary list the joint investigation and strict deliberation by the CTTRE, the Think Tank Research and Release Center of Guangming Daily, and other experts.
