With the theme overseas Chinese connecting the world and Chinese chapters spreading far and wide, the exhibition hall is divided into five units: overseas Chinese, Chinese business economy, Chinese education, Chinese media and Chinese literature. Through multimedia methods, it shows multidimensional scenarios of the hard-working overseas Chinese pioneers who built a community with a shared future for mankind. The Hall will provide a channel for overseas Chinese students to learn about overseas Chinese culture, and another window to display overseas Chinese history and culture at JNU.
JNU President Song Xianzhong delivered a welcome speech in which he reviewed the history of the exhibition hall and gave a basic introduction to its current situation. He pointed out that the hall was established to improve cultivation of talents among overseas Chinese students.
