In the national postgraduate enrollment examination for 2021, 27,455 applicants have registered for Jinan University, an increase of 1,170 over last year and a record number.

Among this year's applicants are 10,119 full-time academic degree postgraduates, 13,426 full-time professional master's degree candidates and 3,910 part-time master's degree candidates.

Of the confirmed candidates, 51.6% are full-time undergraduates, and with a 2-to-3 ratio of men to women. 

For 2021, JNU has accepted 789 candidates with postgraduate recommendations exempting them from the exam, an increase of 105. Among them are 424 academic degree postgraduates and 365 professional degree postgraduates. More specific information on postgraduate recommendations and the national postgraduate entrance exam is available on JNU's postgraduate enrollment information network ( https://yz.jnu.edu.cn/).

The written entrance examination for 2021 will be held on Dec. 26 and 27, according to the Announcement of the National Postgraduate Entrance Exam in 2021 issued by the Ministry of Education.
