Prof. Mai Yaohua's team from the Institute of New Energy Technology in JNU's College of Information Science and Technology has made new progress in research on perovskite solar cells. The research paper, titled Fabrication Strategy for Efficient 2D/3D Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled by Diffusion Passivation and Strain Compensation, has been published in Advanced Energy Materials (impact factor 25.245), an influential journal in its field. Zhang Cuiling, a doctoral student, and Wu Shaohang, an associate researcher, are co-first authors, and Mai is the corresponding author.
The research is supported by the National Key Research and Development Program of China (Grant No. 2018YFB1500103), the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (Grant No. 11619103), and the Guangdong Provincial High-Level University Construction Fund (Grant No. 2019rc019).
