JNU's 21 pieces of news top in Guangdong

Three JNU projects won first prizes in he Outstanding College Newspaper in Guangdong, a top-tier annual prize for excellent newspapers in Guangdong universities. Among 795 works submitted from 61 schools, JNU won 21 prizes in seven different categories: 7 first prizes, 12 second prizes and 2 third prizes.
The first-prize winners were - JNUers' Roots in China by Li Weimiao and Su Yunsheng, teachers in JNU's press center; JNU Expert Receives the Chinese Government Friendship Award by the Institute for Economic and Social Research and the International Exchange and Cooperation Office; and “Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee Visits JNU by Su Yunsheng, a teacher in JNU's press center.
Four other works received the first prize in other categories. President Xi Visits JNU by Zhang Luyao of f Yangcheng Evening News , Mai Shangwen, a professor from JNU's School of Journalism and Communication, and Su Yunsheng won in the special feature category. Former Director of the Palace Museum Lectures at JNU by Liu Bin, a doctor from the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of JNU, won in the photography category. Zhang Hong: A Dedicated Doctor by Su Yunsheng and Li Yating, a student from JNU's press center, won in the excellent report category. Attach Importance to Undergraduate Education by Li Zhaohui, a JNU professor in Photonics Technology Institute, won in the speech category.
