China has released its first two international online teaching platforms, icourse and XuetangX. Gathering the best universities, teachers and courses in China, the two platforms are providing high-quality online course resources, teaching, and learning services for college students worldwide during the pandemic.

The 302 courses offered include 10 courses from JNU -- seven on icourse and three on XuetangX.

JNU has long attached great importance to the construction of international courses. In 2018, it established the Bilingual Online Course Construction Project. The university plans to devote more effort to course construction of an online teaching international platform for Chinese colleges and universities, promoting the launch of a second batch of courses.
Among the courses, 193 offered by 60 colleges and universities are on icourse and 109 on XuetangX. These courses cover eight major categories: medicine and epidemic prevention and control; natural science; engineering and technology; agriculture and ecology; economy and development; art and design; intelligence and virtual simulation experiment; future focus; innovation and entrepreneurship.
