Its goal is to build a first-class technology platform for the analysis of data on enterprises’ reputations; an effective and interactive enterprise reputation communication center; and a cooperative and innovative high-end think-tank on brand reputations. The center aims to promote interaction among regional businesses, academia and government in Hong Kong and Macau, and to solve major theoretical problems and challenges of enterprise reputation research and management.
At the launch ceremony, the center released the 2018 Corporate Reputation Research Report. Based on the analysis of nearly 800 issues of corporate reputation in 2018, the report makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics, problems and trends of corporate reputation management.
