Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, JNU's College of Information Science and Technology/College of Cyber Security has been conducting one-to-one precision management since February with all its students and dealt with all kinds of student affairs. The college also took multipronged measures to protect its students’ health by offering programs and activities including visits to undergraduates and graduate students staying at school and shipments of medical masks and daily supplies. As for Chinese studying abroad, the college carried out the guideline of fully covering epidemic prevention and control by sending them online greetings.

To ensure full coverage of epidemic prevention care, the college implemented grid management by arranging for staff members to keep in touch with JNU students overseas. In addition, the college surveyed the situation of teachers who were still abroad, giving feedback to the school's epidemic prevention office. It then obtained anti-epidemic materials for them and immediately sent them by courier.
