The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University (also known as the Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Hospital) dispatched its second medical team to reinforce Wuhan Hankou Hospital on Feb 18. It had been 26 days since the first nine-member medical team was dispatched to Wuhan. The second medical team consists of five doctors and 10 nurses.

The team includes Wang Hao, chief of anesthesiology; Wang Qinqin, chief of  respiratory and critical care; Wang's deputy, Huang Zhihong; Bian Ning, deputy chief of cardiovascular medicinet; Li Jinzhong, a resident in the infectious diseases department; Yuan Ting and Hu Huizhong, nurses in the emergency department; Lu Weitao, intensive care chief nurse; Guan Xianli, Li Jianling, Lei Yanxiu and Li Ting, nurses in the respiratory and critical care department; Shao Xinmei, a nurse in the neurology department; Hong Caimei, chief nurse in the urology department; and Wang Chunli, chief nurse in the hematology department.

Some team members have been in medicine for more than 20 years, while others are young professionals just recruited. We will definitely fight the epidemic to the end with great determination! they declared in unison at the departure ceremony.
