At the annual meeting of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS PharmSci 360) in San Antonio, Texas, on Nov. 3, Prof. Wu Chuanbin of JNU's College of Pharmacy was elected a 2019 AAPS Fellow in recognition of his outstanding contributions to global pharmaceutical science and health.
One of eight recipients from all over the world, Wu is the first honoree from China. Over the last three decades, he has been dedicated to pharmaceutical preparation research and innovation in the industrialized application of preparations. The honor recognizes his team's accomplishments in pharmaceutical research, application transformation and talent training, as well as acknowledging his academic contributions. It also indicates that the impact of pharmaceutical studies in China is gradually increasing internationally.
