Students in the Business and Management Practice course of JNU's International Business School visited the BY-HEALTH Transparent Factory on Feb. 28 under the organizational arrangement of Associate Prof. Su Xiaoyan. They were accompanied by Zhu Liling, senior business manager of China Life's Zhuhai branch and the school tutor.

Jiang Gang, BY-HEALTH's deputy general manager, gave a special lecture, Integrity Is More Important Than Intelligence, on BY-HEALTH's business philosophy. Jiang pointed out two reasons for BY-HEALTH's rapid development and outstanding business performance:  conformity to current development trends and good business integrity.

After the lecture, staff members gave the students on a tour of BY-HEALTH's offices and transparent factory. As a national AAAA industrial scenic spot, BY-HEALTH's garden-like transparent factory is committed setting an example for low-carbon factories in Chinese health food industry. In the workshops, they observed the making of solid dosage forms, albumen powder and the bottling production line. They expressed amazement at BY-HEALTH's advanced equipment and software and strict manufacturing standards.

Students described the visit as a quite fruitful experience.

It's the first time for me to have a deeper look into a company in real life, one said. This visit makes it possible for us to have an insight into how a company operates and what kind of philosophy it holds, and also helps connect concepts and curriculum taught in the classroom to practical applications in a working setting.”
