JNU's College of Life Science and Technology (CLST) signed a cooperation agreement for a 3+1 duel-degree program with Uppsala University (UU) in Sweden. Every year the program selects excellent seniors from CLST to study at UU for one year. Students who pass UU examinations and meet JNU degree requirement can earn bachelor's degrees from both universities.
CLST Dean He Qingyu and Dr. Margareta Krabbe, head of UU's Biology Education Center, represented their universities in signing the cooperation agreement. The universities reached consensus on strengthening communication and promoting exchanges and cooperation.
This is another achievement for CLST in promoting international development. The college also has student exchanges with the University of Birmingham in England and Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany.
