A five-member delegation headed by Prof. Mohammad Redzuan Othman, president of Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) in Malaysia, visited JNU on Nov. 14. President Hu Jun met with the delegation to discuss teacher and student exchanges and cooperation in academic research. The two universities signed a memorandum of understanding.

The delegation visited the College of Chinese Language and Culture, the Biological Medicine Research and Development Base, and the College of Information Science and Technology. Leaders from the colleges had a conversation with the delegation. UNISEL highly praised JNU's achievement in Chinese language and culture education and biological medicine. The two universities also had in-depth communication and reached a consensus on teacher and student exchange programs, dual-degree programs, and cooperation in academic research.
