The 10th Chinese Culture Festival of Jinan University was held on the Panyu Campus on Nov. 12. With the theme Inheriting Traditional Techniques to Create a Bright Future, it showed China's cultural charm and national spirit by holding a lantern exhibition, a corridor of cultural exhibits, parades with Chinese cultural characteristics and themed exhibitions.

Speaking on the festival's significance in campus culture construction, Vice President Rao Min said she hoped people could seek cultural strength from the great rejuvenation in the promotion of China’s excellent traditional culture. She also said JNU's Harmony in Diversity spirit would propel China's rejuvenation, prosperity and strength.

JNU's student performance troupe gave performances with Chinese characteristics. There were booths about traditional national techniques, a food street, a lantern exhibition, shows of traditional folk techniques and parades.
