JNU’s Office of Teaching Affairs held finals of the the ninth "Win in Innovation" competition on the Panyu campus on June 22, with fierce competition among 10 teams. Three projects -- Nest for Elderly LLC by Gu Ruiying's team from the College of Information Science and Technology, Construction of Lamellar Corneal Tissue Engineering under Quasi-Physical Environment by Xu Liling's team from the School of Life Science and Technology, and VR Application in Education-Based on AR&VR Games-Learning Platform for the Development of Key Technologies by Luo Xuan's team from the School of Arts won special prizes.
The projects Mechanism Research of Dex Affecting NCCs Migration and Leading to Developmental Malformation of the Facial Skeleton by Li He's team in the International School and Mechanism of Action Study of Alcohol Exposure to Early Development of Chick Embryo Blood Island by Chen Binzhen’s team in the Medical College won the first prizes; other projects won second prizes.

As a large-scale campus incubation platform to encourage undergraduates to cultivate innovative thinking and expand their entrepreneurial practice, "Win in Innovation" has been unanimously supported by school leaders and even provincial leaders. In its nine seasons, "Win in Innovation" has interconnected five fields and more than 230 projects, mobilized JNU students and spread the "initiative spirit."
