On October 22, track and field games of the 1st National Youth Games was held in Fuzhou Haixia Olympic sports center. Mo Youxue, student of our university won the gold medal in the men's 100 m final in 10.18 seconds.

In the men's 100 meters preliminary and rematch held in daytime, Mo Youxue pocketed two “NO.1”. In rematch, Mo Youxue crossed line in 10.39 seconds, which was 0.04 seconds faster than his’s speed in the preliminary, and entered the final. After the game, Mo Youxue said the National Youth Game was just once in life for him and he fel very honored. After this game he will go to the United States for half a year's training, to prepare for the 2016 Olympic Games.

Mo Youxue ,19 years old, is a new star of the track and field games. In 2015 Beijing Track and field world championships, men's 4´100 meters relay finals, he was the first runner, together with his teammates Xie Zhenye, Su Bingtian and Zhang Peimeng, they finished the race in 38.1 seconds, and became the first Asian team to win a medal in world championship

On July 12th , 2013, on World Junior Athletics Championships held in Donetsk Ukraine, Mo Youxue ran in 10 seconds 35 to get 100 meters champion, became the first China athletes to win the men's 100 meters race in World Cup.
