According to an admission list publicized by the China Scholarship Council for Doctoral Degree Tutors, Professor Dong Jun, Prof. Wang Liwei from Medical College, and Professor Chen Zhenqiang from College of Science & Technology were given funds. They will go to U.S, U.K and Singapore respectively to have a one-month exchange abroad as senior researchers.

The China Scholarship Council launched the short-term exchange programs for doctoral degree tutors in 2010, so as to boost the devlopment of State-Sponsored Scholarship Program for Graduate Students, by providing funds for tutors (whose students have been given the State-sponsored Scholarship Programn mentioned previously) to improve the professional skills of tutoring and supervision.
