On the afternoon of May 12th, a 12-person delegation headed by Mr.Divid Guillermo Gamarra Silva, consul general of Peru visited our university. Besides Mr.Divid Guillermo Gamarra Silva, the delegation members also included Mr. Jose Maria Huaman Ruiz and Cesar Loo Cardenas (Chairman of the Sino-peru Friendship Foundation).
