Professor Guan Bo’ou given 2014 Government Special Fund

Professor Guan Bo’ou was given the 2014 Government Special Fund with the sanction of the Office of State Council. It is an honor for professionalists given this fund, which the government gives to the talents and researchers to improve their work, playing an important role for talent progress. Since this awarding program launched in 1990, 94 faculties of our university have been given this fund.
