Coordination Meeting of the Graduate Students Orientation

The Coordination Meeting of the 2013 graduate students’ orientation was held on September 5^th. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Lin Rupeng, vice president of our university. Present on the meeting included personnel in charges from the Graduate School, graduate students coaches, etc.

On the meeting, Mr. Lin pointed out that procedure optimization, quality services were the core of the new students’ reception so as to facilitate the new students to have a seamless transition to Jinan University.

Also, he said that five principles should be followed: 1. to provide timely support to students who were with financial problems; 2. to ensure the safe of students; 3. to ensure unimpeded traffic; 4. participation from principals to faculties and to staff to ensure seamless transition of the new students to Jinan University; 5. to create an agreeable environment for new students.
