A group headed by Mr. Ye Dongbai, deputy director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of National Science & Technology and Mr. Zeng Lu, director of Guangdong Provincial Department of Science & Technology conduct surveys on our collaboration with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and on two programs funded by Ministry of Science & Technology that were being conducted jointly by our university and collaborators from Hong Kong or Macao.

Mr. Liu Jiesheng, vice president of our university delivered an introduction to current development of our university on international collaboration on science and technology. Mr. Hong An, director of Department of Science & Technology of our university had a review on current development and construction of a cooperative platform for JNU-Hongkong and JNU-Macao cooperation and planning for its future development. Professor Cai Dongqing and Professor Ye Wencai, who are in charge of the two Ministry of Science & Technology funding programs respectively, delivered two reports, with one based on collaboration with Chinese University of Hong Kong and with the other with Macao University.

The principals of Ministry of Science & Technology and those from Guangdong Provincial Department of Science & Technology, upon hearing the reports given by representatives of our university, expressed their affirmative praise to the accomplishment we have achieved on coloration with institutes in Hong Kong and Macao.
