Introduction to Speaker: Prof. Yang, a doctoral supervisor in Fuzhou University, is mainly engaged in the researches of Wireless Communication and Optical Wireless Communication. At present, he has published more than 60 SCI journals theses in famous academic periodicals at home and abroad, more than 30 of which has been included in IEEE journals, such as IEEE-JSAC, IEEE-TCOM, IEEE-TVT, IEEE-TWC, IEEE-TIFS, IEEE-WCL, IEEE-CL, IEEE-JLT etc. He has presided over four National Natural Science Foundation projects and a project supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. He also works as a member of editorial board of several international journals.
