Topic One: BCDC: A High-Performance, Server-Centric Data Center Network

Introduction to speaker: Prof. Fan, a doctoral supervisor in Suzhou University, earned his PhD degree in computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong. Having been included the list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers for five times from 2014 to 2018, he is the commentator of American Mathematical Reviews, a member of specialized committee of China Computer Federation Theoretical Computer Science and a young academic leader of Blue Project in Jiangsu Province. He mainly engaged in the researches of parallel and distributed systems, multiprocessor networks, data center networks, graph theory and combination networks, graph algorithms, etc. Fan also worked on three National Natural Science Foundation projects and three provincial and ministerial projects. He she had more than 120 theses published in academic periodicals at home and abroad and in international academic conferences, over 70 of which has been included in SCI. Especially, seven of them was published in IEEETPDS and IEEE TC , two top journals of parallel and distributed systems. The professor also works as the reviewer of several international academic journals including IEEE TPDS, IEEE TC, IEEE T. Reliability, Comp. J. Comp. Inform. Sci., Algorithm., J. Para. Distr. Comput. and as TPC Member of Several international and domestic academic conferences including FAW, CCNFF, PDCAT, ICS, PAAP, National Trusted Computing, etc. And he delivered an invited speech in the conference PAAP. Besides, among his graduates, one of them won the excellent doctoral thesis award of Jiangsu province and two the excellent master's thesis award.
Topic Two: Structure Connectivity on Matching Composition Networks
Speaker: Prof. Lin Zhengkuan, Fuzhou University

Introduction to speaker: Prof. Lin, a doctoral supervisor in Fuzhou University, is mainly engaged in the researches of parallel computing system, switched network, wireless network, wireless sensor network, algorithm design and analysis, etc. He has long assisted in the review of several top international papers, including IEEE Trans. Computer, IEEE Trans. Parallel and Distributed Systems, Theoretical Computer Science, Information Sciences, Discrete Mathematics, etc. Additionally, he works as a paper editorial and review committee for the International Scholarly Research Network (ISRN). Lin has published more than 110 theses in academic periodicals at home and abroad and in international academic conferences, 50 of which has been included in SCI and five of which has been published by IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Reliability. He has also published two monographs in the field of switched networks and wireless networks. The professor has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects(one completed; one under research) and two horizontal projects(one completed; one under research). He has also obtained two invention patents and a software copyright and has declared five invention patents and a utility model patent. His h-index queried by Web of Science is 9; by Google scholar, 16. His published work, Graph Theory and Interconnection Networks, has been cited 241 times.
